Templates
What software do I need?
Adobe InDesign 2020 or newer. The templates are .indd with .idml versions included for older releases. They are not Canva or Word files, on purpose — print vendors expect proper InDesign output, and that is what these produce.
Are the fonts included?
The fonts are free for commercial use. Licensing does not allow bundling the files themselves, so the documentation links you to the official downloads — two fonts, about two minutes.
Can I use a template for client work?
Yes. Use it for your own brand or your clients' brands. The only thing you cannot do is resell or redistribute the template files themselves.
What if I get stuck?
Each template ships with a six-page documentation PDF written for that exact file. If it does not answer your question, write to me through the contact page.
Done-for-you kits
What do you need from me?
A spreadsheet of your products with wholesale and retail prices, your logo, and whatever photos you have. Messy is fine — I flag every gap before I build anything, so surprises happen at the start.
What if my product data changes next season?
You get the editable InDesign sources with every kit, so your team can update prices without me. If you would rather I rebuild it, returning clients pay a rebuild rate, not the full price — the Launch Kit includes one line sheet rebuild free.
Do you design logos or brand identities?
That is not what this studio sells. If your brand identity needs building first, say so on the contact page and I will tell you whether it is something I can take on separately.
Refunds
Template files are digital goods: if a file is faulty I fix or replace it, and if I cannot, you get your money back. Done-for-you kits: if I have not started building, full refund; after delivery of proofs, revisions are how we get it right.
